My Why, My Journey, and What’s to Come

Hello everyone,

Welcome to the very first blog post of my new website and brand, Zeevibe!

I won’t use this post to introduce myself - if you’re curious, you can always have a read of the "About" page. But this post isn’t just about sharing information either. Through this site, I’m giving a whole new dimension to my long-standing passion for fitness and nutrition coaching. I want this to be a space where I can express myself freely and share everything - practices, tools, and experiences - that have supported both my physical and mental wellbeing. Even if my words reach just one person, and make the smallest positive impact, that alone will make me feel fulfilled and happy. That’s my goal.

This December, I’ll be turning 40. As the renowned philosopher Carl Jung once said, “Life really begins at forty. Until then, you are just doing research.” Right now, I’m living this truth in my own life. I’ve reached a point where I’ve discovered what makes me happy and what my purpose is - and I’m embracing risks, taking steps, and turning my dreams into reality, one by one.

My purpose is to spread energy and positivity, to help people ignite the spark within themselves - a power they might not even realise they have. Because I truly believe that you, me, and everyone in this world has the power to create the life they desire. There will be good times, and of course, there will be challenging times too. But don’t give up. Don’t lose hope. Allow yourself to feel sadness and disappointment, but always remember: this too shall pass. Do your best to keep moving forward.

The clearer your goals become, and the more steadily you pursue them - whatever they may be - the sooner you’ll start to live the life you’ve been dreaming of. Things will start falling into place, one after another. Just believe, and don’t let the doubts of others or outside factors steer you off course.

Always remember: Action leads to motivation, not the other way around. Don’t wait to feel motivated - take action first, and the motivation will follow.

In the days and weeks to come, I’ll be using this blog to share my thoughts and experiences on exercise, nutrition, and healthy living, as well as deeper topics like mental wellbeing, happiness, self-awareness, and personal growth. Because being truly healthy and happy goes far beyond working out and eating well. Our surroundings, the people in our lives, our sense of purpose, and our mindset - all these things play a huge role in our health and inner peace.

For now, I think that’s enough for this first post. After all, they say the beauty of words lies in their essence, not their length. So, I’ll end my welcome post here. :)

Wishing you a wonderful day, filled with miracles.

With love,

Zeynep
